Fear is a blind man searching for a non-existent black cat in a dark room

Every activity in the mind is the fear of survival.
It is the mother of all emotions.
The root of hatred is the fear of being dominated or crushed.
Jealousy is fear of overrun in a race.
Guilt is fear of loosing a good image you carry about yourself.
Hurt is realizing that you are nobody in the eyes of the other person.
As you have growing awareness of fear, you see it’s just a projection.
There is no truth in it.
The mind projects an non-existent identity, and struggles to project it.
It is a blind man searching for a non-existent black cat in a dark room.
The mind is involved in a mission impossible, since there is no time that one can achieve total security.
As one become conscious that fear is just a projection by the mind, he loose the fear of the fear itself.
Fear can not be solved. It has to be dissolved.
When one attempts to solve it, it turns from one form to the other form.
When you become aware and allow your body to go though these uncomfortable sensations, then fear dissolves.
Fear has no greater role, no meaning, unless you give it.
Intellectual understanding fails to face fear, because it is against all logic.
When you give up to understand it, just a total experience of fear, then it is freedom.
